Day 2.1 | Goodbye Wakanda Weekend

Good Monday to everybody. Yes, your boy Dr. Kizomba is already at the airport. Yes, I need my coffee. I gotta give it up for San Antonio, thank you so much for having me this weekend. It was amazing. It was priceless. But more importantly, it was lit. I was able to see old friends, meet new friends, dance, party, repeat, dance, party, repeat. I dunno how they do it in the south, but outside is super warm, and inside a nigga gotta use his jacket. They put their air conditioner on the max, it feels like Montreal. I guess it was a good thing to bring my jacket with me. Other than that, your boy Dr. Kizomba just closed out the contract with Lee Rios, my brother from another mother, and I’ll be back with Flavie at BIG. Now that’s something nice. I can’t wait to come back and see these people again. But I’m not gonna lie to you, I’m tired as fuck. I can’t wait to go home to Montreal and see my students. Because remember today is kuduro and we gotta hit this dance floor like no other.

Well, the good thing about travelling is only when you get to the event. After the event, you gotta reconnect to real life and it’s boring sitting at the airport, looking at nothing, especially when you come early. On my first sober day, can’t wait to continue my gangsta physique. I’m actually listening to Kendrick Lamar 🎶
